Hi Anita. Wembley at Glen Laurel Subdivision appears to have some nice single story homes for the Frist Time home buyers. Homes sell very quickly in this community since they appear to be very affordable.

Toni: Very reasonable and with low interest rates it is cheaper to buy than rent.

Jerry...In this price range homes do not stay on the market very long.
