Rancho Mirage luxury realtorThe Palm Springs Valley offers many different cities to choose between if you are thinking of purchasing a winter haven.  Primary Residences and seasonal homes; both on the golf courses and off the golf courses are available in Rancho Mirage.  There are Gated and non-gated communities.  Perhaps the single type of home that Rancho Mirage offers MORE of than the surrounding cities (well..downtown Palm Springs competes), are Condos.

The City of Rancho Mirage is central to the entire valley.  It's eastern border is the beautiful city of Palm Desert, and the Western border is Cathedral City which is 5 minutes out of Palm Springs.  Thunderbird Heights, one of Rancho Mirage's historic golf course developments perches above Hwy 111 and has an underground golf cart entry to the course across the street!

Rancho Mirage offers up The River with it's huge movie theatre, dining options and nightly seasonal entertainment.  Hiking is abundant and you are approx. 5 minutes from beautiful El Paseo for shopping and dining or Art Gallery viewing.

Condos range from approx. $150,000 and custom homes may sell for as high as 8-10 million...a huge diversity of housing in this small, conveniently located desert city!
