The Palm Springs Valley offers many different cities to choose between if you are thinking of purchasing a winter haven. Rancho Mirage offers up The River with it's huge movie theatre, dining options and nightly seasonal entertainment. Hiking is abundant and you are approx. 5 minutes from beautiful El Paseo for shopping and dining or Art Gallery viewing.
Condos range from approx. $150,000 and custom homes may sell for as high as 8-10 million...a huge diversity of housing in this small, conveniently located desert city!
