Whether you are buying a house or renting one you need a good credit score.  If your score is dipping below the 700s take a look at these TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE.  If your CREDIT SCORE is above 700 then improve it and maybe get a better interest rate when you buy a house.

Renters Beware!  You need good credit scores too.  Landlords equate a good credit score with someone who has successfully made payments over a period of time, and that's what they want their tenants to do.
