Has anyone ever been turned down for hardship with Bank of America? I ask, because I have never been turned down for that reason. Of course I have had the whole gamut of challenges with them, but not on hardship. In fact, I recently received a short sale approval on a client who makes $325,000 a year. I would appreciate feedback.
