Red Hook real estate analysis for October 2012 and homes for sale

An analysis of the Red Hook real estate market in October revealed 3 sales which was 2 more than in October 2011.  All 3 homesRed Hook homes for sale were just over 2000 square feet and between 45 -55 years old.

During the month 5 homes for sale were listed, ranging from $179,000 to $2,085,000. The largest house was also the most expensive home with square footage of 3700, 4 bedrooms and 6 bath rooms.  The oldest home was built in 1900 and the newest 1999.

In October there were no accepted offers or homes going into  contract.  However there were many Red Hook homes for sale.

The home under contract was built in 1860.  In the village of Red Hook you will find many antique homes within walking distance of the library, restaurants and small shops.
