Lynda-Consider adding the number of available homes in the market. That would help show the available inventory and absorption rate. I'm not clear on meaning of average continuous days on market?

Sure Wayne. I am not a REALTOR® yet but as I understand it, if someone lists a home for a few months, then takes it off the market for a few days then lists it again, and it's been listed for a while, the CDOM is the combination of the total days on market. Listed for 90 days, then off market 9 days, then listed again 90 days, total CDOM would be 90+90=180. The Average CDOM would be the average of all homes listed in the area, which in this case is a specific county next door to Louisville KY. I like statistics and I'm starting to watch our local MLS more closely.
