Attracting New Clients is Easy Peasy with Speaking Engagements!

Over the past 10 years a great deal of my business has come from opportuniites for speaking engagements. It's one of my Top 3 Marketing Tactics for home stagers (and realtors) to use to attract new clients!

I've done talks at libraries, community centers, paint stores, consigment stores, fashion design and interior design stores, realtor conferences, RESA and many other venues. If you create one great 'signature talk' then you can use it, repurpose it, over and over making it a shorter or longer talk.

Today I'm doing one of my 'signature talks' Top 5 TIPS For One-Day Home Makeovers to the West Vancouver Newcomers' Alumnae at the West Van Yacht Club. I'll have a draw for a 'free' consultation that will allow me to get my foot in the door, so to speak, with another potential client.

I'll share this talk with you. It's easy to do and for every Tip since I use a power point presentation, I will have fantastic and not-so-pretty 'Before' photos and aweseome 'After' photos of client's homes. This is what their handout will be and then the draw at the end. You want tomake sure people sign up for your 'frree enewsletter' to build your list from talks so you can keep in touch with your propects and clients.
