What is DCA/Georgia Dream you ask?  DCA/ The Georgia Dream Program is a down payment program offered in metro Atlanta to first time home buyers.  This program is available to Georgia residents. 

The Georgia Dream Program offers $5,000 to for closing cost or down payment assistance to any first time home buyer who meets there requirements and teachers, police officers, firefighters or medical personnel are eligible for $7,500.
