The Festival of Lights will be back again this year. In fact, beginning November 21 - January 6th, 2013, this event will be in FULL SWING. By the way, you might wonder, "How many people attend this event every year?" The average amount of cars that go through is right around 30,000 with 130,000 people viewing the lights and festivities.
