I was cruzing around Active Rains google and came across this awesome and informative post that I thought this was a must read for our tight community of Active Rain Real Estate Professionals.

I was wondering if we'd ever see the day, and suddenly it's happened: Fannie Mae is on board with E-Signatures on REO Offers!

Starting this week, Fannie Mae will allow electronic signatures on offer documents for it's HomePath foreclosure properties.  This is great news for home buyers, as many real estate offices, including ours, are going paperless, creating a more streamlined and user friendly process, along with getting things done much faster.  The more red tape that gets cut, the better.
