Looking for some experienced, licensed, and self motivated loan officers in Ohio, PA, and Kentucky who might be looking to change their venue from working in a Broker Shop to a Mortgage Banker shop, and still offer products on the broker and banker side to clients. We have in house underwriting and are direct endorsed for FHA and VA loans. The most important feature is the support team we have here, and the technology that assists you with your pipeline mangement. Loan officers here are partners and help each other with any technical or product issues, instead of some manager directing you to All-Regs or a product matrix. You would be responsible for your own marketing, but we provide each other with marketing pieces and support that thinks outside the normal jibberish you see out there.
