Debbie: it is a nice community, no doubt about it.  The header is already H3.  Because the video is in an iFrame, Google will ignore it for SEO.  No biggie as the videos typically rank on their own anyway.

That is right Larry/Sheila...a well priced home in this community would sell quickly.

Clint...we have 200+ in Houston County.  It has helped tremendously...hence my continued blogging on them. ;-)
