On Friday I attended a lead generation training event at my market center where my friend Kevin explained the power of blogging on ActiveRain and how it has become a top notch lead generation tool and huge source of referrals for him.
Right away it felt guilt because I have been part of this community for more than 2 years; however, it was never explained to me the way Kevin did. Over the course of those 2 years, I could have had hundreds business opportunities generated via ActiveRain, which potentially would end up in tens of closings, and commission checks in my bank account.
That is just my two paragraphs introducing my return to ActiveRain as I have been away since June 2012. So, going back to what this blog post is about, on Saturday afternoon I met with 2 top producers from my market center at The Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House in Jensen Beach, FL (by the way, what a gorgeous place with incredible views at the edge of the river) and we spent less than 2 hours talking about our current real estate market and evaluating strategies that will create an impact in our production and the production of our market center.
It is incredible how I was able to write down 4 key strategies that will create immediate results in my business and will allow me to better help my current and future clients; because that is the reality, there are hundreds of people in every town in need of our professional real estate services.
So, I'll invite you to create groups within your market center and promote these short but very productive mastermind sessions so that you can experience yourself how many great ideas can come out of doing it.
