If you are looking to rent an Orange County home, there is a good chance that it may not come with all the appliances you need. Some landlords will supply all appliances including fridges and washers and dryers but many will not. The good news is that as a renter you have options - and lots of them!
Of course you can trot down to the local appliance store and buy a shiny new fridge or washer and dryer. However if funds are tight or you simply don't want to spend the money on new appliances there are good options available. First, you can easily search your local Craigslist where pages are full of used fridges and washer and dryers for sale at a fraction of their original prices. Best of all there are many businesses on Craigslist who sell reconditioned appliances and offer free delivery and installation - hard to beat and easy to find!
