San Ramon Home Sales Activity for the month of October 2012

• 44 closed sales - versus 53 closed sales in September
• Average sales price $757,672 compared with September average sales price of $642,200
• 51 homes listed in September as compared to August of 71 homes
• Average sales prices are 99.5% of the list price

This is the time of the year when we expect to see less homes on the market due to the Holidays. While the number of units is down, the average sales price for all of San Ramon (excludes Townhomes/Condos) is up 6% year to date.
