Debbie: It would take me ages to share all that G+ is doing for my business, my new found understanding of SEO principles, and for the connections and re-connections I have made as a result of being active on that platform. I am truly honored to be included with this group of wonderful G+ers...thanks for the shout-out.
BTW...for anyone not sure how to locally leverage G+ for your business, you can do a search from within your G+ profile (search on your "city", "county" or whatever niche you want) and circle consumers in your local area. Since many of you are already doing market reports, subdivision blogs, community events, etc. this new local circle/group is the perfect audience for that information. Spend a few minutes a day commenting, +1ing, and sharing with them and you can have a hundreds-long list of potential buyers/sellers in literally days.
Google+ seems to really be catching on. We just started but have not read up about it too much yet so will keep coming back to your series to check-out all your informative tips!
One thing that I do not do enough is ask questions, which is a damn shame as I know it brings results. I will keep a reminder in front of me, when I am writing a blog.
Anita - I know, it's been amazing. Thx for sharing that great tip. I'll need to share something similar in a future one...or else feel free to do so yourself.
Larry & Sheila - Yes, it's been great. Great for biz and fun at the same time. I'll look out for you guys there.
Joe - Yes, I need to do this a lot more too...I forget.
Debbie thanks for another great Google plus post. It is great to be networking with folks "who get it". I just hope those than continue to join realize that to make this work it is not all about sharing your own content! Interacting with others is the key to any social media platform.
Anyone who joins can connect with me at Bill Gassett Google+.
More good G+ info; thanks Debbie. Since becoming active on G+ two weeks ago I have learned so much from Rainmakers like yourself and the people they have recommended. As a result of that I had already circled all of the people in this Gaga blog. Can't wait to see G+ work for my business!
Debbie, Excellent post, again. Thank you. Anita really is an excellent role model. She always has time to help you out too. She has helped me numerous times. I do not know how the two of you find the time to do what you do.
Thanks.
Dear Debbie -
Always something good to learn when reading your posts!
Thanks for the insights about G+.
Have a happy day -
Lynn

If people want to read more about Google+ Hashtags - what they are and why you should care ...they can click on that link. Plus when you Realtors (or otherwise) are ready to start using Hangouts and Hangouts on Air (HOA) as part of your work, let me know, because that is actually my specalty on G+ since it combines so much of my prior expertise together (Video SEO, Content Marketing & Social).
Welcome to the fun!
Debbie, Thanks for the shout out, I really appreciate it.
I'm back on ActiveRain because community matters. Nothing has made this more obvious to me than being involved on Google+. I think ActiveRain and Google+ are the perfect combination for getting found in today's online world. Posting your blog post on AR, then promoting it on Google+ is a winning combination!
And meeting people on AR and then getting to know them better on Google+ is a great strategy too, because you never know what may come out of a great relationship. There are all kinds of possible rewards.
Thanks for starting Ga Ga for Google Plus!
