Thankful to live in Denver North Carolina

As a real estate agent I run into people from many areas wanting to move South. They ask me why I like living here and I immediately start to spill out the reason. Sometimes I think they feel I am making it up. It does not take long for me to come up with reasons.  We are 2 hours from the Beautiful Mountains if you are from a Snow Skiing area. Our ski resorts in the mountains are very busy right now with conditions very good for sking. We are 3-4 hours to the nearest beach area. If you dont want to travel to have some fun and a get away, just look around. We feature upscale Dining in the Charlotte area as well as activities from sports to theater.  If you dont like the city entertainment almost every exit along Hwy 77 has something for everyone to do. The Lake Norman area has the beautiful lake to fish, boat or just relax on many of the park like settings. The weather is ideal in that you still get the change of the seasons, but not as severe as up North. I am a Northern by birth, but I have no intentions to venture back .
