I would posit that when it comes to homes, environmental intelligence can be defined four ways. One is non-polluting, renewable energy production. Two is energy conservation. Three is environmentally optimized home construction design. Finally there is use of non-toxic and/or renewable materials.
Simple as that.
I hope that contributors here post great tips, best practices etc. that we in the realtor community can use to further our customers knowledge and avoid just saying the G word. Green.
