How to get a ton of new leads daily for leases in Orange County.
It is not rocket science, but doing leases can earn big dollars for the right real estate agents. In OC, you get between 2.5 and 3% of the lease term, which means big money with great volume.
So, a while back, I decided to so some local rental websites. (Example: http://orange-county-rentals.com). I had the websites and never did anything with them. I even ignored the calls that came in from them.
A friend of mine knew of the websites and wanted to partner for property management and rental company. He has an agent that said he would take on the challenge of handling all the rental leads in Orange County. In OC, the average lease amount is $2,800 paying 2.75% on the term of the lease. (12 months). So if you lease a property, you can expect an average check for $924.
