Thanksgiving Eve....
We celebrate Christmas Eve, why not Thanksgiving Eve? I think it would be nice to start a new tradition. This holiday always feels too rushed, too short and too commercial.
Starting this year, I am going to celebrate Thanksgiving Eve. It's a concept who's time has come. You may want to join me. Think about it; like Christmas Eve there comes a time when everyone finally stops, joins together as a family and celebrates 'The Night Before Christmas' in traditional ways.
Time to start new traditions, new celebrations. Of course, like Thanksgiving, it will involve food. For this first year, crab cake stuffed portobello mushroom caps!
