We have been watching home prices rise all since this spring, and there is no end in sight, so far, this year over last year, out list price is up 6.5% over last month for our home price for Temecula zip code 92592. That said, the median sales price dropped 15%, keep in mind that with low inventory, it only takes a few homes to swing a lot. In reality, all the properties we have sold out made offers on, in the up to$400,000 range, was multiple offer situations. When those closings show in Dec, I believe you will see prices heading back up again.
