Waterbury CT Christmas Tree Lighting on the Green
Friday Nov 23 around 6 PM. Festivities will run from 5-7 PM
There will be hayrides, carols will be sung, there will be a mini parade from the Green to the Howland-Hughes Center on bank St to view the Festival of Trees
30 Specially decorated trees are on display all decorated by volunteers and dancers from the Connecticut Dance Group who will also perform for the crowds.
Santa will be there passing out candy canes, and will ride around the center of town on a fire truck.
Vendors will be ob had offering free hot dogs to anyone that brings a donation of a non-perishable food item for the Waterbury Food Bank.

It’s time for the Annual Santa Parade from 4:30 -7 PM down Main St starting at the Firehouse to the Gazebo at the Intersection of Routes 6 & 63
Main St will be closed in both directions
Rolling street closings as Santa parsses
The parade will circle to the driveway of the Congregational Church and area around the Gazebo - for Annual Santa at the Gazebo
Please come out and join the festivities!
