Real Estate Sales in the Royal Gorge / Canon City area  have been good the 3rd quarter of 2012. Absorption rates are decreasing, which means houses that are priced right are selling fast!  Less expensive homes are selling more quickly than higher priced homes. And cash sales are still strong but VA loans continue to grow.
