After two months of gains in inventory, The Hobe Sound Florida residential real estate market reversed course and decreased the active inventory in October. There were surprisingly strong results in both pending and closed sales as well, making the 33455 zip code area of Martin County one of the top performing areas for October 2012.
The current absorption rate for the Hobe Sound Florida Market Report ZIP Code 33455 dropped to 11.5 months from last month’s 21 months.
