I was surfing through this site and recalled your reply.
I will be again holding this same house open for my listing buddy this Sunday except now the seller has begun to experience the reality of our market and has agreed to a new sales price nearly $40K lower.
I have had a lot of traffic through the house almost every other weekend like clockwork. The visitors are friendly, remarkably upbeat and willing to leave their names and email addresses. Their questions and concerns are on point but still no offers...it's like they are all buzzing around like bees to a hive, waiting for the queen to signal them it's OK to do whatever queen bees tell other bees to do. (My analogy sort of came unzipped)
