In this next SWS teleseminar show, I'll be joined in the Virtual Studio by two experts on the subject of buyer behavior - Kelle Sparta, author of The Consultative Real Estate Agent, and Virginia Madden, broker/owner of Buyer's Choice Realty and exclusive buyer agent. During the show we'll present some scenarios that often arise with buyers and frustrate the heck out of their agents, such as:
