Located in Pasadena, Dove Creek consists of 48 paired townhomes.   Built in 1988, the townhome residences boast three or four bedroom floor plans in multi-level designs with attached garages.  With small back yard areas or terraces and pretty mountain views, the townhomes have a definite single family home feel.

Ideally situated, Dove Creek is close to Eaton Canyon Nature Center, Eaton Canyon Golf Course and the Gerrish Swim Club as well as the 210 Foothill Freeway, Gold Line station at Sierra Madre Villa as well as multiple shopping, dining and entertainment options. You'll definitely want to check out the Saturday morning Farmers Market at Victory Park near Pasadena High School not far from Dove Creek.

There are no residences currently available for sale according to our local multiple listing service(MLS) while there is one property in escrow.   The Dove Creek townhome in escrow is three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths with approximately 1567 square feet, priced at $519,000 and in escrow after approximately one week on the market for sale.  There have been two sales in Dove Creek according to our MLS.  A townhome with 1567 square feet closed in June for $440,000 while an upgraded property with approximately 1874 square feet sold in October 2012 for $645,000.

There was only one sale at Dove Creek in 2011 according to our local MLS.   It was a three bedroom townhome with approximately 1776 square feet which closed for $455,000 in February 2011.

Hi Dave - 2010 saw four sales according to our local multiple listing service -- so turnover has been fairly low over the last few years at Dove Creek.

Dove Creek Townhomes is a stable community with very little turnover.  Prospective buyers need to contact Michael Jacobs.  You may have to go on a waiting list.
