Your days on the market and sale to list price ratio are wonderful in your market area.  Sure seems like it is getting closer and closer to a Sellers market.  I sure hope so.

Anita, Looks like Glen Laurel is the inverse of most of our Ohio subdivisions.  Here two stories are the rule and ranches the exception.  Personally I like the ranches and the minimal stairs. 

Looks like value for the dollar in Glen Laurel Anita, especially if they can buy cheaper than renting! 49 days is a short time on the market!

The Glen Laurel subdivision in Warner Robins Georgia looks like a beautiful place to live with a lot of amenities close by!

You point out the realty of it being more cost effective to buy a home in Glen Laurel, than it is to rent. I can't imagine paying somebody elses mortgage payment when I can be building my own equity.  I realize some just can't buy - but for those who can - call Anita Clark today and start the New Year off as a homeowner.
