How many plates can you keep in the air?

By
Real Estate Agent with Dove Realty Inc.

How about 7? That's what I used to create wall art for this boring white wall. Just 7 inexpensive plates from Marshall's or TJ Maxx or one of those places. All you do is layout your pattern, put little plate hangers on them and pop them on the wall. So the next time you're looking for art work, especially for a dining room, just look in your china cabinet!

Gary: Thanks. I was going for a kind of Zen look.

Elaine: Thanks. I should have a great eye. I have about a 100 pairs of glasses floating around.

Lisa: This works well with about any thing you may have as long as the color works.

Kathleen: I used metal hangers. the ones that have little springs attached. You only see the hooks that come over the edge of the plate and I used the picture hangers that have needle sharp nails and do not damage walls. They come in sizes that can support up to 100 lbs. I've hung big platters as well.

What a great idea!  It reminds me of the wall in my Mother-in-law's kitchen where she used some beautiful family plates to create a display a lot like yours.  Thank you so much for sharing!

Great post and a good suggestion.  My only disappointment was that from the title I was certain that this was going to be about juggling!  LOL!

Julianna: It's funny, when I bought the square plates I had no idea what I was going to use them with. Then I saw this boring dining area and Bingo!

Steve: You have to watch out for these trick titles. Thanks for stopping by.

Kate: I bet it looks fabulous. Thanks for stopping by.

Linda: We need to come up with so much artwork for staging some of it has to be affordable. You can also mix and match odd pieces.

Susan, I am constantly amazed at the talent all you Stagers have. Amazing with what you've done to a boring and plain wall.

Well Susan, I actually thought of naming my business "plate-spinners" at one time, to answer your question.

Susan, I love it! I am not the "stager type" when it comes to Real Estate! I can sell with the best of them but I wish I had someone like yourself to support my inventory. Thank you for the tip, Deb

Gary: We just can't help ourselves. Thanks for the compliment.

Julianna: I know what you mean. Sometimes it feels like I have service for 12 in the air.

Debra: Thanks, Realtors and stagers make a great team.
