Real Estate investor and home purchase need to ensure the property they are considering is up to code. This requires inspections of the subject property major systems. One major system to keep in mind is the gas. If your gas has been off at least six months in many areas this will require a permit and inspection process. Gas is trickier than the electricity due to the safety issues involved.
