Tuesday morning's MLS (Multiple Listing 
Service) Tour is the place to be if you are a REALTOR member of the Laramie MLS.
Tuesday's are the day we all meet, then head out and view the newest listings on the MLS.
If you are not familiar with the concept of MLS, it is a members only organization whose members agree to share information on their listings with one another to better facilitate finding a buyer for the properties more quickly than they could on their own. In other words, working together to get properties sold. If a property is listed on the MLS, no matter who the Brokerage is that is selling the home, any active member of our MLS can show and assist you in purchasing an MLS listed home.
There were 4 homes on tour today, November 27, 2012:
1208 Gibbon (MLS# 128384)
3 Unit with one two-bedroom unit upstairs, one 2-bedroom basement unit and another 1-bedroom basement unit. Three blocks away from the Agriculture/Education/Engineering side of campus.
My favorite features: The upstairs unit was amazing, newer carpets and spacious. The downstairs units were well maintined as well for a building this age.
1158 Evans (MLS # 128262)
3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, new construction twin home in Westfield Village (out by Petro)
My favorite features: New construction smells good! Pergo style floors in kitchen, living and laundry area. Huge master bedroom. Spacious but homey feel when you enter.
1160 Evans (MLS # 128263)
3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, new construction twin home in Westfield Village (out by Petro)
My favorite features: Again, new construction smell. Same floorplan as 1158 Evans but in reverse and different flooring.
1713 Rainbow (MLS # ? )
Old style character with 3 Bedrooms on 2nd story, 1 bedroom on main level and 2 bedrooms + another all purpose room in the basement.
My favorite features: The warmth you feel right when you walk in. They also tucked the stairway to the upstairs down a hallway on the main floor (rather than stairs in the living room) and it creates a cozy little space at the foot of the stairs. Also a gas stove at the top of stairs greets you with warmth.
