Holiday Basket Fundraiser at the Moffat Library

The Friends of the Moffat Library is holding its annual Holiday Gift Baskets Fundraiser at the Moffat Library until Sunday, December 16, 2012. The baskets on display in the library, are full of fabulous gifts for all ages and include books, DVDs, and gift certificates to area restaurants and the Renegades. Tickets can be purchased at the library. Drawings will take place at 3pm on December 16th in the library. Proceeds to benefit Moffat Library programs.

Is this a raffle sort of event? I didn't quite pick that up, only that tickets can be purchased. Assuming it's for the raffled off gift baskets, which seem like they are chock full of goodies!
