Hi Rainmakers!
I hope your transition into your post-Thanksgiving work week has been going smoothly. It was a cold, rainy, and overall very dreary day in Washington DC today, and I thought that those of you who are in similar weather conditions could use a little pick-me-up.
Over Thanksgiving, my generous uncle took his entire side of the family to Paradise Island in the Bahamas. It was a very special way to spend our holiday break, as it's not every day that 15 of your family members can pop out of the country together for an extended period of time.
Our time together reinforced how truly thankful and blessed I am to have such a loving and supporting family. I hope that all of you had the opportunity to get together with your loved ones, wherever you may have gathered. Family time is one of the most important things to me, and I can't wait to get together again for the December holidays.
How was your Thanksgiving? What did you give thanks for? Did you get the chance to do anything particularly memorable? Let me know in the comments below!
