A no electric bill home would be the dream of nearly every American homeowner today. Apparently, the "dream" is about to become reality becauce of one local Tampa Bay Builder.

Marc Rutenberg Homes has announced the Grand Opening of their Zero Energy America No Electric Bill Home. This I have got to see, so I will be visiting the model Grand Opening this Thursday, November 29th between 6 - 8:30 PM.

The model home, called The Castaway III is located in the Hawks Landing Subdivision at 2712 Deer Track Way, Palm Harbor, FL 34685

That sounds too good to be true, but I hope it is. I suppose they must have a very large array of PV panels. More builders should be doing this.
