The house is very close to getting completed.  I am estimating 1 more week and we will be completely done.  The For Sale signs are out in the front yard and a newspaper ad is running in the Orlando Sentinel for the next 4 weeks.  The ad is short and sweet "Orlando NW - 3/2/2 like new, no $$ down, $169900, owner/broker" then the property address and my cell phone number.  Cost about $190 for the ad.  Once we finish up the inside, the property will get listed and into the MLS, internet sites, and some targeted marketing.

Here are some of the latest photos.  There is not a whole lot of change from last week because we are still working on the final painting and the punch-out list.  You can see my For Sale signs in the front yard.  The only thing I don't really like is that we had to replace a bunch of roof shingles when we rebuilt the chimney, and as you can see they do not exactly match.  We did get an inspector to put in writing that the roof is free of leaks and that the roof is approximately 12-15 years old out of a 25-year roof life. Definitely cheaper than spending 5K+ on a new roof.  Landscaping goes in last.


A view from the back yard.  Also a photo of the back porch with the fresh paint job.  The floor of the porch along with the floor of the garage will be painted with concrete paint once the workers are done with the inside.


The hall bath and the master both are mostly back together now.  Still needs a little touch up paint on the walls.


The kitchen counter tops - we had a little delay getting the order in.  They should be installed by early next week.  Then we will get the sink installed and order new appliances.
