The market closed Tuesday with an IMPROVEMENT to pricing (and will typically warrant a pricing adjustment by most Lenders). Tuesday's IMPROVEMENT netted a change of 21 basis points (bps).

Nice rally...not sure it is sustainable though.   New Homes sales dissapointed but not enough for a rally.  Also..could new Spain and Germany..typically would not help Treasuries this much.  So, I see an overbought over exuberant bond market.
