I want to put some advice out there in the Active Rain community as well as vent a little. Our office has a very expensive and useful system that schedules your showing appointment and also sends you a reminder e-mail and asksyou for you showing feedback. It is amazing to me how less than 30% of the agents showing property will respond back. Those that do not respond back I personally call for the feedback. Out of those agents about 50% will call back. If you do not operate like this than I am not directing this at you and you can probable relate. To those of you that this does relate to: Your feedback is very important to the marketing of our clients homes. Your suggestions on price, condition, and even ideas on furniture arrangements is very important. My clients expect to hear-how a showing went and when I tell them I'm having trouble getting feedback, it just give us all a black eye. I now tell my clients the agent that I I'm having trouble getting the info from and I sit with them and call the broker for the feedback. Sounds extreme but it is very important to me that my clients know I am working for them. Even if you do not remember the home the agent is calling about, call them back and tell them this. I know we are all busy, but lets help each other be successful and looking professional in the publics eye.
