It's that time of year again in West Chester, PA! Starting tomorrow, 11/29 it's Old-Fashioned Christmas Weekend!

The absolute highlight of the weekend, for me at least, is the Mars Old-Fashioned Christmas Parade! Experience the magic of the arrival of Santa Claus, starting on Friday at 7:15.
Highlights this year are Emcees 6ABC's Karen Rogers and local cutie pie Adam Joseph! There will be a Light the Night show sponsored by Wells Fargo at the corner of High and Market, school marching bands competing for prize money, and a holiday festival on High Street with a tent so you can receive a free hot chocolate!
New this year and not to be missed is the Patriotic Division "Celebrate the Military" with appearances by the Air Force, the Coast Guard, a Welcome Home Vets float, Silver Dolphins Drill Team and more. Let's come out and show our appreciation for the military on Friday night.

Prior to the parade, at 6;30, you can participate in the Jingle 5K run. Registration at 5:30 at First Niagra Bank.
