Well...here we are, right at the tippy top of the trading range and solidly on the trendline. What happens next will determine a 40 bps rise or a 60 bp fall. The fundamentals suggest a break to the high side this morning, but this resisistence level looks strong. Keep your hand on the trigger if you are floating
