I am ready to announce the new direction Catherine Cornelia Real Estate will take - I am going to specialize in real estate photography. For those agents that want to “take their own pictures” I am offering classes. They will be affordable, hands on, real world scenarios. I offer live, onsite consulting. I believe we need to have better pictures of our listings. There is a way to portray the interior of a property that is in the process of being prepared for sale, another offering. If it involves real estate photography and showcasing your listing, I am your solution.
I am an Accredited Home Staging Specialist and Principal Broker of Catherine Cornelia Real Estate. I want to help agents market their listings and I want buyers to be able to get a sense of the home when they see it online.
I have been participating all month in the 30 in 30 Challenge and I am hooked on blogging. Throughout December, I am going to post a picture a day. I plan to include some posts with before and after shots and even show ways to “doctor” a picture that will help a seller see the power behind decluttering; although this may take a lot of time and may not be as dramatic as I envision it to be.
