Your front door is the first thing a buyer sees!

front door

A good powerwashing and a can of white paint would improve the "Feng Shui" of this house, don't you think?!

By the way, the rest of this house looks pretty nice,so I was surprised to see the entrance looking so worn, even here on the coast. A little bit of TLC will go a long way toward selling this house. Not sure what the little blue plastic bag is covering, but I bet it is clean and white underneath!

Hi Barbara,   first impressions are oh so important and decent curb appeal is an absolute must.

Hi Barbara -- first impressions count - a doorbell that works, no cobwebs, a welcome mat that is welcoming, fresh plants/flowers along with some fresh paint will make a big impact.
