On January 23rd, 2008, Prudential Verani Realty presented awards to their top salespeople for the year 2007. The event was held at the SERESC Center in Bedford, NH and featured the presentation of awards to top producers from the company culminating in the top 12 producers receiving their coveted "Ozzie Award" statue.
As always the event was top notch beginning with a performance from Steve McGuire, Giovanni Verani, Deb Gallantand Maggie Verani dancing to "Soul Man" in their Blues Brothers garb. The business portion of the day featured several new and innovative "advertisements" along with a "State of the State" video featuring Owner, Maggie Verani.
We were made aware that the "state" of our company is climbing despite the negative reports in the news media. The PPP (per person productivity) in Prudential Verani Realty was 10 units in 2007 as opposed to the NH statewide average of 4 units.
With the phenomenal team that spearheads our company, Prudential Verani Realty is on the cutting edge of the real estate industry ready to meet the needs of consumers well into the next decade.
A new benefit package has been unveiled for our company offering important benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, etc. to REALTOR associates.

The evening was capped off with a buffet featuring a spectacular "raw bar",hot and cold hoers d'ourves, full bar and live music & dancing.
A great time was had by all as once again Prudential Verani Realty rolled out the red carpet and showed their appreciation to all their associates and employees.
