The 2012 Newnan Georgia holiday shopping season is in full swing and based on my unscientific totally anecdotal experience it’s going to be a good one.
Our real estate office is located in one of those mega shopping centers and already the crowds and traffic are way above 2011 levels.
Perhaps the reason for this is not economically based at all. It is entirely possible that the glorious warm weather we have been experiencing. Mild winters are one of the resons that many people chose to live in Coweta County in the first place.
But I haven’t heard many say that they are cutting back or curtailing their shopping this year. From all that I have seen it is “all systems go!”
I wonder how other areas are doing this year?
