We have been using this marketing for over six months now and receiving excellent feedback from all our clients. They love the fact they can choose their commission and know exactly what they will receive for that commission.
I'm curious as to how many other agents use this tool and what kind of success they are getting from it.

I checked out the link, but didn't see a breakdown. Can you tell us the breakdown of the services? I think that this is a good idea, and most sellers will always take the full menu when presented correctly.

We don't give the breakdown on line. Only because we know we are the only agents on PEI to do this and we don't want anyone copying our marketing. Basically - the basic and lowest one is based on what all other agents on PEI are doing. The other two packages include other services exclusive to us that other agents do not offer. So we still offer full service but the other two options have tons of extras that people are interested in.
Not everyone want all the bells and whistles, and if they don't want them - our job is therefore easier. It seems to work for everyone. But most of all, the client is in control and they seem to really appreciate that.

We had ours made through Tomlin Nicks. It is also Bronze, Silver or Gold packages. They make very professional looking marketing materials.
