Substantial Inventory Shortage in 4-Points!!!!

· 4-Points is on pace to break the ALL-TIME SALES RECORDset in 2007 (it will be close)
· September, October & November each had more sales since prior to the dot-com market implosion in 2000
· 4-Points had the most sales for any November on record (that is not a typo);
· Sales in November are up 72% from last year! (again, no typo)
· Every subdivision within 4-Points has exceeded all of last year sales, with the 1 exception of Westminster Glen (w/1 month to go.)
· River Place is at an incomprehensible inventory level of only 8 homes. Last November, 25; 2003, 114 homes on the market.
· Every price point to $1.25 million is in either a normal or seller’s market
· Homes above $1.25 million remain soft, but the trend of higher end homes selling is increasing
· Overall inventory is at its lowest since 2005
· This may be the best time, in my 31 year career, for MOVE- UP buyers.
· HOMES VALUED BELOW $1 MILLION ARE NEED BADLY!!! SPREAD THE WORD
