Today was a whirlwind.
My wife and I volunteered to do some shopping for some shut-ins. WE got our lists and away we went...trying to figure out the scribbles. (should have asked before we left)
These people were so happy to get their shopping done that we ended up with a lot of baked goods. (Which only increases the numbers on my scale.
But, to see the smiling faces knowing that they don't have to give cash and could give a gift instead was priceless.
The gift of time...once again tops the list!
