Thank you Charles McDonald and Dick Betts for your nice welcome. I have been trying to understand what to do. I did not notice where to leave a message until tonight. I would like to continue this but I guess I have to read a lot about ActiveRain so I know what to do. I feel losed.
average price for a home** in Leon County has increased 96% since 1997? We are in a housing bubble in Tallahassee. The income probaly has gone up only 20% in that time span.
I am absolutely sure that home prices are headed for much lower prices. Why? Banks have no money to lend. US dollars has fallen 40% since 2002, which means US money has flown out of this country, banks just don't have the deposit base to lend.
How do you attract money back into US? Much lower home price might.
We have a glut of inventories in Tallahassee, and getting worse by the day, We have prices too expensive for most people in Tallahassee. We have very stupid sellers just won't cut prices.
What a Shame?
