Price is important

Price is important

We used to hear in Real Estate that the three most important things were: Location, Location, Location.  Nowadays with commutes ever increasing, and cities becomming increasingly dense I believe the most important things are: Pricing, Pricing, and Pricing!  People, we've got to price our homes in accordance with the market conditions in are areas.  Be honest with your clients.  I let folks know exactly what I believe their home is capable of selling for.  Then we go over what their goals in selling are, what their motivations are and determine if we have a good fit.

I always offer free CMA's (comparable market analysis) for all of my potential clients.  I do hundreds of them for free all the time.  Be sure to receive yours!  Send me an emial, let's discuss things.

As always it has been my pleasure,

Yours truly,
The People's Realtor

You are absolutely right if it's not priced right you won't get a bite!  Ha ha, did that rhyme?  I am getting a little silly, I must be sleepy.  Have a wonderful day.

Ray,

Good point! Maybe 2008 will prove this all over the nation. I just had a listing appt. and they wanted to sell too high and I said no, the comparables don't show it. If 2008 means we loose getting listings because of sellers like this, I will be say that these are listings I don't want. Have a great weekend!
