There are not any HOA fees are dues. The rentals on the river are usually $2000 - $3000. The rental market in Jacksonville is heating up like other markets. The vacancy rate in Jacksonville is about 9.1% and that is down almost 2% from last year. Quality homes especially on the river are hard to come by. Let me know if you need any more info.
