New Single Family Homes in Ashburn - The Meadows

Ryan Homes is building new single family homes in Ashburn, VA.  The community is called The Meadows.  I recently had the opportunity to tour The Meadows and am extremely impressed.  The location of the community is great.  The Meadows is located off of route 50 just beyond Stone Ridge.  There is a good view of the mountains and also a lot of wooded areas.  Also of note is that there is a natural lake on the property that residents will have access to.

The model home I toured was equally impressive.  The model home was very spacious.  It included a fully finished basement which provides a ton of extra living space.  The kitchen was laid out very well with nice appliances.  The master bedroom was huge.  The master bedroom included a sitting area, a huge bathroom and lots of closet space.  The overall layout of the model home was well done.
